After searching on the web for professional help with clearing a relatives house, Envionmental Property Clearance stood out from all the other options with their sensitively written and clear website. And they have been absolutely fantastic. It was hugely upsetting to see how someone you know and love has been living with long term hoarding, even if you knew about their behavoir. Both Paul and Natalie dealt with me and the whole situation with huge sensitivity, skill and empathy. They explained the whole service they offer with kindness and clarity. They also stressed the importance of discretion, which was so reassurring in these cruel times, when hoarding is considered something to watch and laugh about on reality TV. They were utterly trustworthy and kept me informed throughout the two stage clearing and cleaning process; which was a huge and horrible job for them to do . The house was unrecognisable after they had finished, and I was amazed at how thorough they were, leaving the house totally transformed and empty, even taking up the ruined carpets. We employed EPC to perform a clearance and then cleaning service on a property we purchased, it was in a terrible state with lots of rubbish, smelled bad, and generally looked horrendous. After epc had finished the house was immaculately clean and ready to move in, we were extremely happy with the service they provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

After several quotes to renovate our property, and several meetings we decided to put our trust in this company, and I have to say we were delighted that we did so! we have had lots of building work carried out in the past, unfortunately in some cases the work was far below par, and always left us in a mess. I hired EPC to clean and clear a bedroom. I have to say, AMAZING work. Totally professional, they put you at ease straight away from the initial contact onward, friendly and polite and importantly stress free. They worked above and beyond truly. We contacted EPC as we needed to make living conditions easier for a friend who was being discharged from hospital but would require ongoing care at home. Natalie came along and was able to quote for deep clean and removal of old bedroom furniture, settee and chairs downstairs in order for new bed to be installed downstairs.
